Abstract
In the current social media era, end consumers' use of social media for entertainment, political propaganda, business marketing, education, and commerce has increased significantly. Social media is being used more and more for marketing, brand awareness, and other promotional purposes in addition to giving context for content. The negative aspect of this messaging is that it draws intruders who commit crimes. This work employs malicious collective data to capture aspects of society and users alike. The findings of these studies might be helpful in spotting fake news, rumors, and spam reviews that spread over social media networks. Additionally, covered are the user spaces for the military to influence military users by their ideology, for the election campaign to research the impact of political ideologies, and for criminology prediction to identify criminal user groups by influencing malevolent passive users by their ideology. This survey delves into the realm of chatbot development specifically tailored for handling admission-related voice queries in educational institutions. By leveraging NLP advancements, the objective is to construct intelligent response systems capable of comprehending diverse user inputs and providing contextually appropriate assistance. The survey begins with an exploration of fundamental NLP concepts, including tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis, laying the groundwork for chatbot development.
