Abstract
Economizer is used in thermal power plant with boiler and used to preheat the feed water. Economizer helps in increases overall efficiency of power plant. Economizer consists of number of tubes attached in parallel, instead of feeding the water in boiler drum, the water first feed in the economizer which increases the temperature. The economizer in present research work is modeled in creo parametric 2.0 software and is imported to ANSYS software for the purpose of thermal analysis.

Abstract
In various fields and applications use of images are becoming is popular like in field of medical, education etc. But during image acquisition process noise will be inevitably introduced in the image that causes problem. Another problem that arises after denoising process is the destruction of the image edge structures and introduction of artifacts. To get rid from this there are several techniques proposed by authors for image denoising as well as for edge preservation. In this paper, we aim to provide a review of some of those techniques that can be used in image processing for noise removal. The aim of this review paper is to provide some brief and useful knowledge of available noise removing techniques and hence optimal technique according to their needs

Abstract
Since the past decades, CMOS devices have been reduced to achieve better performance in terms of speed, power dissipation, volume and reliability. The main area of interest in current CMOS technology is data retention and leakage reduction. SRAM (Static RAM) is the memory used to store data. Traditional static access memory (SRAM) cells suffer from an internal data instability problem because the data that is accessed is stored directly during the reading process. Noise margins in memory cells are reduced further with increased contrast and reduced power supply voltage in the changing CMOS technologies. A comparison is made between different SRAM cells based on different performance metrics, such as read delay, write delay, power dissipation, noise margin, and space in this document.

Abstract
OFDM is an approach in which the multicarrier transmission technique has been used for wireless communication. Here the high data rate has been use to transmit the data. This high data can be divided into various sequences of the data. However, OFDM is sensitive to the receiver synchronization errors such as carrier channel offset (CCO) that causes inter carrier interference (ICI), and exacerbated by motion-induced Doppler shifts and local oscillator instability. This paper proposes a solution that incorporates DFT Based Superimposed Pilot Aided approach with Winner Filter for Carrier Frequency Offset Estimation in OFDM Systems. Proposed methodology employs Winner filter for approximation of density and weight of filtered particles. Finally on the basis of weight of filter particles proposed system estimate CCO for OFDM signal.
